The Company of the Daughters of Charity was founded in 1633 by Vincent de Paul and Louise de Marillac, who joined efforts to serve the poor, overcoming social barriers. Inspired by Providence, they established a mission dedicated to providing material and spiritual aid to those in need. Since then, the Sisters have embraced a commitment renewed annually, based on four vows: chastity, poverty, obedience, and service to the poor. Today, present worldwide, they bring love and hope, adapting to diverse cultures and responding to the needs of the Church and the underprivileged.
