Brisbane, Australia – Vinnies Vintage Fashion Parade – The annual Vinnies Vintage Fashion Parade and Mini Cent Sale, to be held September 16, is shaping up to be one fashionable affair.

Held by the St Vincent de Paul Society’s Townsville Diocesan Central Council, all money raised will assist the society to continue its good work in the Townsville region.

Parade chairwoman Barbara Douglas said the event would bring out the fashionistas in everyone.

“To inject some audience participation into the parade the best dressed lady ‘of a vintage era’ will win a prize,” she said.

All money raised will help people in the community who are experiencing hardship.

The parade and cent sale will be held at the Mercure Inn Function Room, with gates opening at 9.30am.

If you’re looking for a fashion show with a difference, and a spot of high tea thrown in, the St Vincent de Paul Society (Brisbane, Australia) has just what you need.

The annual “Vinnies Vintage” fashion parade is happening later this month, as organiser Barbara Douglas explains.
