Now that Fr. Gregory Gay, C. M., Superior General of the Congregation of the Mission announced that the  national Vincentian Marian Youth headquarters for the United States is located in Perryville the members have been hard at work in raising funds for the Office.

Two weeks ago, 80 little princesses and as many adults attended the “Breakfast with the Princesses” as an opening fundraiser for Vincentian Marian Youth National office.

Mother’s Day provided a great opportunity for moms, grandmoms and little girls to all join together in the fantasy world of love and make believe.

The palace (the old section of the Knights of Columbus Hall in Ste. Genevieve) was set with linens, silver and decorated in a setting of make believe for all to enjoy and walk away feeling pampered.

The teenagers of Vincentian Marian Youth donated their time and talent to serve the meal, decorate and do the story telling.

The story unfolded as Belle and Snow White held a surprise birthday party for Cinderella in hopes to cheer her from having to leave the Grand Ball at the Palace the night before without knowing if she would ever see the prince again.
