1944. At 5 a.m. Gestapo entered the Vincentian house of Holy Cross in Warsaw, Poland , detaining all priests, brothers and civilians there. Soon, five priests and a brother were released. But other eight Vincentian confreres, including Fr. Rzemelka - Superior of the house -- were transported to Dachau concentration camp. Five of them died in the camp.
