The Third General Assembly of los Misioneros Seglares Vicencianos (Vincentian Lay Missionaries) has begun in Bogotá, Colombia. Opening with a Eucharistic celebration which included a procession of flags from the countries represented, the Missionaries were joined by members of the Vincentian Family in Colombia.
