FAMVIN: The International Vincentian Family

“And there was no room for them.”… This Advent, my brothers and sisters, I would ask us to reflect on this concept of no room left for them, no room left for others, no room.

For those who have been having difficulties accessing the new icon of Vincent… I just received word from TIm WIlliams, CM in Australia that his site has indeed been down for a few days due to problems with the host provider. He expects the site will be up in the next day or so.

The Superior General of the C.M. and the Daughters of Charity, Father G. Gregory Gay, describes and shares pictures of his recent visit to the Democratic Republic of the Congo and to Congo Brazzaville, where he met with the missionaries of the C.M., the Daughters of Charity, and diverse groups of the Vincentian Family.

The October issue of NUNTIA, the  newsletter of the Congregation of the MIssion ,is now online at  CMGLOBAL.ORG. This site also posts the news of the latest “tempo forte” or meeting of the General Curia.

Toma, of Poland, has prepared a list of all the deceased members of the Congregation of the Mission since January 2008. If you would like to see a similar list posted for your group please use the “Contact Us” link on this page.

In his annual Mission Appeal the Superior General appeals to the generosity of the members of the Congregation of the Mission to respond to the urgent needs of the missions today.
