“We cannot proclaim the mystery of the resurrection unless we have first experienced the new life of Jesus in our own life. To experience the resurrection supposes that we experience the forgiveness of our sins. Those who experience the resurrection are no longer mindful of their sinfulness. Indeed, without the grace of God nothing would be possible, neither the Incarnation nor Jesus’ passion, death and resurrection … with God’s grace, however, everything is possible.”
