Sr. Joyce Weller, D.C. Executive Director, Daughters of Charity Foundation, which awards grants and subsidies to Daughters of Charity ministries throughout the Province of the West, specifically in California, Arizona, Utah and Alaska.  View the lecture

    Perhaps because it is a video of her talk it will around 15 to 20 minutes to either download or even start. Sorry about that.
