Adamson University in the Philippines is offering a special St. Vincent de Paul Award in order to

To promote the concept and framework of “systemic change” in working for the poor;
To give rightful recognition to persons/ groups that work together in uplifting the general living conditions of persons in situations of poverty and misery; and
To encourage people/organizations to replicate, espouse and disseminate the concept and framework of systemic change in their respective work for the poor.
